SickKids Visit
These days of going to SickKids for check ups are always emotionally draining days, but they are also some of my favourite days because I feel like it’s really a bonding time for Xander and I.
Today when I asked Xander if he wanted me to call his Dad before we left home to remind him about the appointment, Xander said “don’t call him. He probably won’t come anyway since he’s never come to one, but I don’t want him to, this is our day.”
Nice to know he feels the same way I do:)
As always, I was so proud of him today! He is such a brave, sweet boy! And he really is my hero!
