So Far, So Good!!
Well I am on day 4 of the diet… Not going to lie, it is hard!! I am hungry and missing my Coke and chocolate like you wouldn’t believe!!!
But, it’s WORKING!!!!
I started the low calorie diet portion (phase 2) on Saturday.
Sunday morning, I had lost 4.8lbs
Monday morning, -1.2 lbs
Tuesday morning, -1.6lbs
For a whopping 8lb lost in 3 days!!! I can’t be mad at that:))
Let’s hope it continues!! I would love to get to my goal date by the time I head back to Canada!
