I Love it!

Anyone who knows me, knows I am not a big salad fan – or vegetables of any kind for that matter. But I am trying to become a healthier eater, so I am getting in the habit of making a salad with dinner every night. Tonight I made a Caesar salad with dinner and while making it I told my 3 yr old, Ethan, that is was my favorite salad, and that I wanted him to try it. He came over, I put a leaf in his mouth and he immediately said “I love it!”. Then he started chewing it… his face got all crazy looking and he started shaking his head saying “I do not love it, I do not love it!” Too cute! His brother went on to eat 3 bowls of it!
