Happy Birthday Ethan

Today is my baby’s 5th birthday! That is so hard for me to believe. It seems like it was just yesterday that I snuck onto a plane 8 & 1/2 months pregnant, because I had to get my 2 yr old to Rainbow Babies hospital in Ohio. So my Barbadian conceived baby was born in the middle of a blizzard in Ohio in February. Dear Ethan, You turned 5 today, your older brother let you know that this now means that you are elderly! Your Gramma & Manti were here for your birthday and Papa is coming up for your birthday party. This year you have requested that your birthday party be a Mario theme – which I happily obliged. The party will be on Saturday, and you’re having 14 friends over – should be fun! You woke up this morning and opened your presents. You got a lot of nice presents, but the one you loved the best was Mario Galaxy 2. Unfortunately, you had school:) and then tennis practise after school. You then talked us in to McDonald’s for dinner, WITH a happy meal toy and dessert. I think it was altogether a pretty great day! I’m sexy and I know it!” Favourite Day – staying in PJs all day playing games and napping Best friend – Camden and Max   All in all – you are a pretty great kid!
