Couch Potatoes

We have had a wonderful Christmas long weekend. It was so nice to lounge around, relax and watch the kids play with their toys. But we are going on 4 days of being home doing nothing and we are all getting a bit stir crazy!

We have literally left the house 3 times in the past 4 days. Last night we all bundled up and went for a walk, because we just HAD to get out of the house. The boys got to wear their new Angry Bird hats – how cute are my kids?

Today we ventured out a bit more… Alex took the boys out to watch The Adventures of Tintin, and I swam a whopping 4kms (that’s 0.14kms more than the swimming equivalent of a Marathon!) I am very pleased with myself!

Alex took the rest of the week off of work, so tomorrow we are heading north to have some fun in the snow we hope to find there!
