Weekend Window {Friends & Baking}

Friday night was the perfect start to our weekend… we had the boys favourite meal (Chicken Wraps) and then we all snuggled by the fire to watch The Polar Express, while the lights from our Christmas tree lit the room – perfect.

Saturday the boys each had a friend over to play and I spent the day working on the cutest little gifts for the kids classmates (tutorial to follow on Tuesday:).

Then on Sunday one of my best girlfriends came over with her 2 daughters and we spent the morning making Christmas cookies and chatting. She is heading home to England for the holidays, and I am going to miss her terribly – so it was really nice to get to spend some time with her & her beautiful girls before they go.

After they left the boys & I kept going and got all my cookie baking done.

All in all, I had a pretty productive – yet fun – weekend.
