Project 52 {cabin fever}

This weeks prompt for Project 52 was Cabin Fever. We don’t link up at My3Boybarians until Friday, but I actually have had Cabin Fever this week and couldn’t wait to post.

We had Ethan’s party on the weekend, and I wasn’t feeling well on Sunday. Then Monday was a holiday here in Ontario, and my boys were both home sick from school on Tuesday and today – so we’ve been cooped up in the house for a while! If that’s not the definition of Cabin Fever – I don’t know what is!

When I saw the prompt, this is how my mind worked:-

Cabin Fever -> Cabin -> Log Cabin

Since I’ve been sick – I didn’t feel like actually going out and driving around to look for a log cabin. So…

Log Cabin -> Pretzel Cabin

So I went to the store after I dropped the boys to school yesterday and bought some pretzels. Mixed up some icing – and Voilà!

Then my boys decided that the Cabin would be perfect homes for their lego men:)
