Happy Birthday Gramma!

Today is the day we are in Barbados for – my Mum’s 60th Birthday! I am so happy that we can be with her today, especially since my Dad had to go away to London on business yesterday!

It is hard for me to believe she is 60 today – I think partially because it reminds me that I will be 35 next week, and partially because 60 sounds old, and my Mum is SO NOT!

My Mum amazes me, actually. My brother recently had twins, so my parents now have 5 Grandkids, and she runs behind them all like she is 20 something. She is such a great Gramma & Mother – we are so very blessed to have her!

We had a small party for her before my Dad left and gave her her gifts – which was fun. And my brother & I are taking her out to dinner tonight with all the Grandchildren – more fun:)
