Creamed Corn Casserole Recipe

This is easily one of my favourite recipes of all time. I got it from my Aunt in Indiana – thanks so much Aunt Sherry! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do:)

Cream Corn Casserole

2 cans cream corn

1 can regular corn, or you can use frozen –

little more than 1 cup

1/2 cup sour cream

2 eggs, beaten

2 Tbs. sugar

1/2 stick butter – melted

3/4 cup cracker crumbs

Salt/pepper to taste

Just mix everything together and pour into a buttered casserole dish. If you want, you can add about 6 pieces of cooked, crumbled bacon. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
